LSSC SUFI SINGING COMPETITION HELD AT RYAN, JAMALPUR

Ryan International School hosted the Ludhiana Sahodya School Complex Sufi Singing competition wherein 16 schools participated. Various versatile sufi singers from different schools were a part of the competition. Their melodious singing filled the ambience with soulful musical notes. Each participant performed marvelously. Professor Iqbal Singh, Blind College and Ms. Magandeep Kaur, HOD Music, Master Tara Singh College and Ms. Daman, HOD Music, SDP College were invited as the worthy guests and judges.

Miss. Surat Thakur from GMTI School bagged the first prize whereas Miss. Sukhdeep Kaur from Greenland Senior Secondary Public School and Miss. Jaspreet Kaur from Greenland Convent School won second and third prizes respectively. Appreciation prizes were accolade to Miss. Sidak Kaur GRD Academy and Miss. Taranjeet Kaur from GNIP School. The mesmerizing singing mesmerized the audience and they appreciated the powerful and rhythmic singing.

The students of Ryan International School also gave a guest performance which was a synchronization of western and Indian music.
