(a) Rules & Regulations for the competition will be finalized by the host school.
(b) Atleast 15 days prior information must be sent to all member schools for participation in the competition by the host school.
(c) Principal of the host school will be responsible for the smooth conduct & fair judgment of the competition.
(d) In co-curricular activities, the host school may participate but will not compete for the prize. In sports competitions the host school will be entitled for position.
(e) Sports & other competitions must be finished by 4:00 p.m. If required, the next day should be utilized for left over events of sports.
(f) Refreshment to the students participating in co-curricular activities, should be given. The host school will bear the expenses.
(g) Timings for the competition must be set keeping in mind the summer and winter timings of the schools.
(h) The host school will make sure that the competition is shown to the escort teachers also. They should not be made to sit in separate rooms.
(i) It is expected that schools visiting the host school for participation in various co-curricular/ sports events must refrain from making any negative remarks about other schools during their visitation.
(j) The host school should invite competent judges who have thorough knowledge of the subject/ competition and are able to assess students' expression, fluency, and other relevant criteria discreetly.
(k) During LSSC Inter School Competitions, there must be student audience in order to encourage the participants.
(l) In Declamation, Poetry Recitation, and Storytelling Competitions, greater weightage will be given to the participant’s facial expressions, voice modulation, and overall presentation skills rather than the use of props.
(m) It is advisable that there should be maximum participation of participating teams from all schools in all the events otherwise the hard work of the host school goes in vain.
(n) It is also hereby advised that while finalizing the date of Co-Curricular Activities & Sports Events, dates of Unit Tests/ Half Yearly/ Pre. Board Exams/Gazetted Holidays etc. must be kept in mind.
(o) Teachers on duty during the competition may carry mobile phones, but taking videos or photos during the competition is strictly prohibited.
(p) Photographs, videos, and results of the competitions must be sent to gnips87@gmail.com for timely uploading on the official website. Additionally, any requirements for certificates, trophies, or medals should be communicated to the Director, Mrs. Kamalvir Kaur (LSSC Central Zone), at least fifteen days prior to the competition.
(a) For Co-curricular Activities: In case of group activities individual trophies for winners as well as for school will be given. Prizes for various positions (individual winners and schools) include first, second, and third places, as well as two appreciation awards.
(b) For Sports Activities: Medals will be given to the winners, trophies to 1st Runner up, 2nd Runner up & overall winner will be awarded.
(c) All the participants will be awarded certificates.
