1. All the participating teams must report on time.
2. Matches will be played on Knockout Basis.
3. All the tournament will be conducted according to the rules of the game as adopted by the Federations of India.
4. All the players must be dressed-up in proper playing kit only.
5. It is obligatory for all the participants to bring their I-Cards.
6. The eligibility proformas shall be duly attested and signed by the Principal of the participating school.
7. All the teams shall be accompanied by a Coach/Manager designated by the Principal of the participating school.
8. A lady teacher is must with the team of girls.
9. Team managers or coaches will be responsible for the discipline of participants/players.
10. The team manager or coach will be responsible for any damage done to the property of the school during the tournament by any participant of their team.
11. Protest by any team regarding tournament shall be in writing and must reach the organizing secretary within 30 minutes of the declaration of the result with a protest fee Rs. 1000/-(One Thousand Only).
12. The decision taken by the officials will be final and binding which has to be accepted by all.
13. The school will not be responsible for any loss, illness or accident, which occurs during tournament.
14. In case, a team does not reach the venue within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a walk over will be awarded to the opponent team.
15. A team can be disqualified if abusive language is used or any misbehaviour is done by any player or accompanying official during the tournament with school staff or officials.
16. All the Coaches/ Team Manager are requested to bring the Photocopy of Aadhar card & Birth Certificate along with hardcopy of entry proforma of their participated team while participating in tournament.
17. Mobile phones are allowed during tournament but videography is not allowed.
18. Students are not allowed to carry Mobile phone during tournament.
19. The host school will not provide refreshments for sports events. Refreshments will be arranged only for participants of co-curricular events.
